Our body needs to be in a relaxed state of being to have immunity. If we are always running from the lion which is a stressor on our bodies, the energy goes to our outer limbs to run and the immune system is not required to stay alive. This is why it is vital to relax, in this state our cells repair, our nervous system relaxes and our immune system activates.
Listen to this audio twice or more times a day and throughout the day regularly take a deep breath in and wait at the top for 6 seconds then breathe out and wait for 6 seconds at the bottom of the breath. This moves the mind & body into the parasympathetic nervous system rest and digest really quickly.
